First Social Media Platform Utilized

Using social media is a great way for me to connect with people and achieve my marketing goals. For this plan, I’ve chosen Instagram and TikTok as the best platforms to help keep more patients coming back and get more people to interact with my posts. These platforms are fun, visual, and perfect for reaching a wide audience. My goals for this plan are simple and clear. First, I want to use Instagram and TikTok to increase patient retention by 15%. I’ll do this by sharing follow-up content, asking for feedback, and promoting a rewards program by June 30, 2024. Second, I aim to boost engagement on Instagram and TikTok by 40% by December 31, 2024. I’ll achieve this by sharing fun and useful posts, like live Q&A sessions, patient success stories, health tips, and polls. These goals fit into my bigger plan of keeping patients loyal and active on social media. I chose Instagram and TikTok because I think they’re the best platforms for sharing creative and exciting content. Instagram is great for sharing pictures, videos, and stories. It’s perfect for showing patient success stories, health tips, and fun behind-the-scenes moments. Features like polls, quizzes, and “Ask Me Anything” make it easy for me to interact with followers. TikTok is amazing for short, fun videos that grab attention. It’s very popular with younger people and has the power to make videos go viral. By using trending challenges, skits, and creative ideas, I can keep people entertained and interested in my content. I think these platforms work better for this plan than others, like Facebook or Twitter, because they focus more on visuals and keeping people engaged.

Patient Rewards Program
This plan focuses on engaging patients by offering incentives for their loyalty and participation. The bright and vibrant design communicates that health is a priority and encourages patients to stay connected through the program. By rewarding patients for staying involved, this plan fosters a sense of community and loyalty while promoting healthy habits.

Feedback Matters
This initiative encourages patients to provide feedback on their healthcare experiences in exchange for rewards. The goal is to gather valuable insights to improve services while making patients feel heard and appreciated. The messaging emphasizes the importance of collaboration between patients and providers, highlighting a commitment to better care.

I plan to use Instagram and TikTok in different ways to support my plan. On Instagram, I’ll post patient success stories, health tips, and updates about the rewards program. I’ll use pictures, videos, and Reels to make my posts interesting. To keep followers engaged, I’ll include polls, quizzes, and live Q&A sessions. I’ll schedule posts during the best times, like lunchtime (12–1 PM) and early evening (7–8 PM), when people are most active. On TikTok, I’ll create short, fun videos about health tips, patient stories, and challenges. Using popular music and trends will help these videos grab attention and encourage likes, comments, and shares. I’ll share TikTok posts in the late afternoon (4–5 PM) and evening (7–9 PM), when more people are online. Keeping followers engaged is an important part of my plan. I’ll respond to comments and messages to show I care about what people have to say. I’ll also invite patients to share their own stories or join in challenges to make them feel included. To educate and entertain followers, I’ll share easy-to-understand health tips and fun facts. To encourage patients to stay connected, I’ll promote the rewards program and follow-up services on both platforms. By using Instagram and TikTok this way, I’m confident I’ll meet my goals of keeping patients loyal and boosting social media activity. These platforms will help me connect with people in a fun and meaningful way.
